SHIPPING

Local Pick-up is available for the Cambridge ON, location only.  Please allow 2-3 business days for pick up orders to be available.  You will receive a call or email as soon as your order is available.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN YOUR ORDER STATUS SAYS COMPLETE IT DOES NOT MEAN IT HAS SHIPPED. A COMPLETED ORDER STATUS MEANS THAT WE HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR ORDER TO CURT AND INVOICED THE ORDER. All IN STOCK orders placed before 2:00PM (please call 1-866-398-3329 to check stock) will ship out the same day and all orders placed after 2:00PM will ship out the following day.

RDH Sales Canada Inc ships to Canada & the U.S

Once your order has been submitted you cannot make any changes.  All Canadian orders will be shipped from Canadian warehouses.  U.S orders will be shipped from U.S warehouses.

All orders shipped to Canada / U.S will be shipped in 1 to 7 business days (depending on your location and other circumstances such as weather issues, any issues with the shipping companies, or back orders from the MFG as these circumstances are not in our control.  All Cargo Ease product are build to order and cannot be cancelled, some orders can take up to 1 month plus to ship.

All US orders have a $20 CAD charge for shipping, this is visible to all customers prior to order completion. 

RDH Sales Canada Inc does not ship to P.O Boxes.

ALL ORDERS OVER $75.00 (before taxes) QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING*, this includes residential (Does Not Include 5th Wheels, Multi Use Utility Trailer, Flip Rack, Snow Plows, Cargo Ease Products) addresses and business addresses, and there is no extra charge for residential deliveries on Most Hitches and all parts and accessories. Any 5th Wheel, Multi Use utility trailer, Flip Rack, Aries Bull Bars & Grille Guards, Snow Plow or Cargo Ease Product shipped to a Business address will be no charge. PLEASE NOTE ALL FIFTH WHEEL HITCHES, MULTI USE TRAILERS, FLIP RACKS, ARIES BULL BARS & GRILLE GUARDS, SNOW PLOWS & CARGO EASE PRODUCTS WILL HAVE A $79.95 (Plus Taxes) CHARGE APPLIED AFTER THE DELIVERY FOR RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES (This includes a Tailgate Service) IF THE AMOUNT FOR THE DELIVERY IS LESS THEN $79.95 THEN WE WILL ONLY CHARGE YOU WHAT WE WERE BILLED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY, IF IT IS MORE THEN $79.95 THEN YOU STILL ONLY PAY OUR FLAT RATE OF $79.95

All sales under $75.00 (before taxes) will be a flat rate of $9.95 to anywhere in Canada, local pick up is available*

*Unfortunately, any shipments going to Yukon, Nunavut, North West Territories will have additional shipping charges and do not qualify for free shipping do to shipping restrictions and extra fees charged by the shipping companies caused by the weight of the product. Prices are as follows:

Yukon – $75 Flat Rate    Nunavut – $75 Flat Rate   North West Territories – $75 Flat Rate  . 

Coupon codes offered through the RDH Sales Canada Inc website or Face Book Page cannot be doubled at purchase, One coupon code per customer per order per day. You cannot combine store credit with coupon codes.

Orders must ship complete to qualify for free shipping.  If only part of the order is in stock the order will not ship until the entire order is available.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS

All Hitches and wiring kits must be ordered by using our hitch and wiring kit Finder on the home page, RDH Sales Canada Inc is not liable for and "Non Fit" items that were purchased through random searches on the website.

All returns that were not initiated or caused by RDH Sales Canada Inc will have a 20% restocking fee (plus applicable taxes). All return shipping will be paid by the purchaser. All Returns will be sent back to the MFG warehouse that your order was shipped from (ON or AB). You will need to contact RDH Sales Canada Inc to receive a return number to place on the package. All returns must have a tracking number from the shipping company used to ensure package is received by the warehouse.  RDH Sales Canada Inc is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred on customer returned products.  Once the return is received and it is determined the product is in its original condition, a refund will be given, less 20%. 

ALL REFUNDS ARE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT. We do not offer replacement hitches/Cargo Carriers/Bike Racks or refunds if your Trailer hitch/Cargo Carrier/Bike Rack or any Item arrives with scratches or paint chips as this is an unavoidable issue with heavy steel items going through the shipping process. We always recommend that you keep a can of black rust spray paint on hand as you will always have rock chips and scratches from other debris with the hitch/Cargo Carrier/Bike Rack being located under/at the rear of the vehicle.

If you need to return your product(s) due to an error by RDH Sales Canada Inc or an error on the website, you will be fully refunded for your purchase and RDH Sales Canada Inc will arrange for the pickup of the product(S), once RDH Sales Canada has the products and has thoroughly checked the product to ensure the product(s) is in its original condition and there is no fault to the purchaser, the full refund will be given.

All customers have 1 year (365 days) from date of purchase to return the product(s) or receive a refund/store credit if :

  1. The product is in its original packaging and is unopened
  2. The product/Order was missing parts ( must be reported within 7 days of receipt)
  3. The item is damaged or defective (Customer must have the original box the package was shipped in) ( All Defects must be reported within 7 Days of delivery or warranty will be voided)

CANCELLATIONS

All cancelled orders not initiated by RDH Sales Canada Inc will be subject to a 5% processing fee.  If you need to cancel an order for any reason you must call Customer Service at 1-866-398-3329 within 5 minutes of the order being placed, we cannot guarantee you will be able to cancel (as these orders are sent to the mfg instantly and have a small window for changes or cancellations) during normal business hours 10:00AM-5:00pm EST, Mon-Fri. Emailing customer service will not stop your order from being shipped.  In the event your order has shipped, please refer to Refunds and Restocking Fees above.
